Bootcamp Services
Bootcamp Canberra sessions start with a warm up followed by at least 45 minutes of individual, pairs and team exercises, we end with a cool down and stretch. Our Personal Trainers and clients are a friendly group and are always keen to welcome a new people on board. We make sure that each individual works to their potential, their own level of fitness within the group.
Class Timetable
We have different times and locations around Canberra that will suit your needs and fit in with your schedule. From Tuggeranong to Belconnen and then to the City we are covering the majority of Canberra. Prospective locations include Gungahlin and Queanbeyan! Our Team
Our Bootcamp Canberra Trainers come from a vast array of experience. Nathan has been a PT and PE Teacher for over 10 years, Ajay is a grade cricketer and works at the AIS, Maddi has run her very own business in the past, training clients to improve their health and fitness and Glenn is a competitive powerlifter.
